Our Click & Collect Service Makati is currently unavailable.

Click & Collect allows you to order online and save on shipping—just pick up your purchase from Rustan's Department Store. At present, we offer this service at Rustan's Makati and we hope to roll it out to other stores!

How it works

Click & Collect Makati is open between 1PM — 9PM from Monday to Friday for customers who have been notified by SMS or email that the order is ready for collection. If you have arrived before notification, we may not have your item available yet. We thank you for your patience!

Using the Click & Collect option is easy...

1. At the checkout stage in the shipping method screen, choose Click & Collect option.
2. When your order is ready to be collected at the Makati store, you'll be notified by email or SMS.
3. Proceed to 5/F Rustan's Makati Click & Collect counter. Please bring and present a valid photo-bearing ID, and the email confirmation receipt showing the order number or the order confirmation receipt (also sent by email).

You may also send a person to collect on your behalf, as long as their full name is noted in the order notes when you check out.

Please note

• Parcels will be held for seven (7) days only, after which they will be sent back to our warehouse.
• Repeat dispatches will incur a fee for redelivery to Makati or delivery direct to a home or business address.
